Contact form messages and associated personal data are retained for a period of 12 months from receipt, or for the duration of any ongoing correspondence, whichever is longer, after which they are securely deleted. Server log data containing IP addresses is retained for no longer than 30 days. Cookie data is retained for the periods specified in our Cookie Policy.
